1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern every booking made through the Get Glow at Home website, WhatsApp, or phone, for home salon services delivered within Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings made online are provisional until confirmed by our team over phone or WhatsApp. We recommend booking at least 4–6 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred time slot. Same-day slots are subject to therapist availability.

3. Pricing

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of the therapist's visit within Jamshedpur city limits. Prices may vary for locations outside our standard service area, which will be communicated before confirming your booking. We reserve the right to revise prices; the price shown at the time of booking will be honoured.

4. Payments

We accept Cash, UPI, and online payments (Card/UPI/Netbanking). For "Pay at Home" bookings, payment is collected by the therapist immediately after the service is completed. A valid GST invoice can be requested for any booking.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel a booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time by calling or messaging us on WhatsApp. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

6. Client Responsibilities

Please share accurate health/skin information (allergies, pregnancy, recent medical procedures) at the time of booking or with the therapist before the service begins, so we can recommend suitable treatments. Get Glow at Home is not liable for reactions arising from undisclosed medical conditions or allergies.

7. Conduct & Safety

Our therapists are trained professionals and must be treated with courtesy and respect. We reserve the right to discontinue service and refuse future bookings in cases of misbehaviour, unsafe conditions, or any form of harassment towards our staff.

8. Service Area

We currently serve Jamshedpur and its surrounding localities including Sakchi, Bistupur, Kadma, Sonari, Mango, Adityapur, Golmuri, Jugsalai, and Telco. Availability outside these areas will be confirmed on request.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take utmost care in service delivery, Get Glow at Home's liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
