1. Before Your Appointment
Every therapist visiting your home is required to carry a valid Get Glow at Home identity card. If you'd like to verify their identity, feel free to call our office number before the appointment begins.
2. Hygiene Protocol
We follow strict hygiene protocols: hands are sanitised before every service, single-use items (waxing strips, spatulas, cotton, tissues) are disposed of after each client, and all reusable tools (tweezers, cuticle tools, etc.) are sterilised between appointments.
3. Products Used
We use only trusted, dermatologically suitable beauty brands for facials, waxing, and skincare. If you have known allergies or sensitive skin, please inform us in advance so we can do a patch test or recommend a suitable alternative.
4. Your Safety During the Visit
You're welcome to have a family member present during the service. Our therapists are trained to conduct themselves professionally at all times. Any concerns about a therapist's conduct can be reported immediately to our office — we take such reports seriously and act promptly.
5. Health Disclosures
Please share any relevant health information — pregnancy, skin conditions, allergies, recent surgeries — before the service begins. This helps our therapist recommend safe treatments and avoid complications.
6. COVID-19 & Illness Precautions
Our therapists are advised not to attend appointments while unwell. If you or a household member is unwell at the time of the appointment, please inform us in advance so we can reschedule safely.
