Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations by You

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled time by calling or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 7903296357. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment, or "no-shows", may attract a nominal convenience charge for prepaid (online) bookings.

2. Refunds for Online Payments

If you cancel a prepaid booking within the allowed window, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If a therapist is unable to reach you for a confirmed appointment due to reasons on our end, a full refund or free reschedule will be offered.

3. Pay at Home Bookings

Since payment is collected only after the service is completed, no refund process is needed for cancellations made in advance — simply let us know and no charges apply.

4. Service Quality Issues

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a service performed, please inform us within 24 hours. We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a complimentary redo of the service or a partial/full refund at our discretion.

5. Rescheduling Due to Weather or Emergencies

In case of extreme weather, therapist illness, or unforeseen circumstances, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We will inform you as early as possible and offer the next available convenient slot at no extra cost.

6. Combo Packages & Memberships

Combo packages must be used within 30 days of purchase unless stated otherwise. GlowPass membership fees are non-refundable once the first discounted booking has been availed, but are fully refundable if cancelled before first use.

7. How to Request a Refund

Call or WhatsApp us with your Booking ID, and our team will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment source.
